Again, great question. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. EVER! In fact if you ever deal with a recruiting agency in South Korea and they ask you for a fee, do yourself a favor: do a 180 degree turn in the opposite direction and run away. The services we provide are always free to the teacher candidate. ALWAYS. We are paid a contractual fee by the South Korean Government Office of Ministry of Education for performing this service for both the school and the teacher.
